Getting really excited about our upcoming adventure!

We've purchased our tickets! Big thanks to my grandparents for giving us these tickets as our wedding gift! We fly out at the end of February.
Now that we have a date for our tour set, we are really starting to focus on tying up loose ends before our trip. We've been going though wedding photos, finishing up thank-you notes, and meanwhile trying to stay in shape so we don't call it quits somewhere in Arizona.
We are also working on finalizing what this adventure is really going to be, exactly. Will biked across the country in 2010 with some friends from Washington to New York, and I've been on a bunch of road trips through the northern US with my besties. We're looking to head into less familiar territory for this trek. Right now, we're imagining starting in southern California and ending near Savannah, GA. We're getting advice from friends, figuring out who has second cousins in Texas willing to put us up, and in the phase of tour-planning that leaves us hungry for suggestions.
